Physical Description:Levski is tall, hansom, the veela in him from his mother. He has long black hair. He is skinny, inherited from his father. He has blue eyes. He is very well fit and in his own mind no guy looks better than him.
Personality:Levski isn't exactly the person you would go to to confide in. He would instantly seize any opportunity to humiliate anyone he hated. And by confiding in him you just gave him the fuel to do so if one ever crossed him. He was never even that nice to his friends. Most people actually hated to be around him because of the way he treated them. He always treated people like he was much better than them in every way. His sensitivity level is critically low. He has absolutely no sympathy for for people's feelings. He would go to extensive and extreme ends just to get revenge on someone.
People that cross him have a tendency to wind up hurt in more than one way. He attacks them physically and mentally. He prefers to get his revenge in a big crowd to add on to the humiliation. He thinks that the more people that see the humiliation that his victims go through the better. His knack for humiliation in crowds has often landed him in detentions, which is where he spends most of his days.
He never gets good marks in class due to his lack of effort. He is, however, very masterful of almost any spell but he refuses to do assignments, which lands him in even more detentions. He often sits in classes playing with his wand. He usually causes some sort of disruption on the other side of the room while the teacher's back is turned. He had actually landed a student in detention once with an incident in Transfiguration class, involving a match box and, well, lets just say a really nasty spell.
He, like everyone else, has a soft spot. His just happens to lie in very particular people, Particular girls to be more specific. Apart from certain girls the only people he avoids trying to humiliate are people that he is sure would outmatch him. He figures that there is no point in trying to humiliate someone who he knows is better than him. That would just end up badly and he knew it.
Likes:Levski loves to humiliate people. Practical jokes is his comfort zone.
Dislikes:He hates class, anything that requires him to apply himself.
History:Levski grew up in Bulagaria where he spent his first six years of school at Durmstrang. His parents moved to London just before his seventh yea and he was forced to transfer to Hogwarts. His first six years went by rather roughly. He was always getting in trouble and getting into detentions. Even before school he seemed to cause utter chaos. Whenever his parents left for a match he was usually left behind. When he was left home he would often get bored and go for a stroll down the street. Some poor muggle would usually confront him and somehow it had always led to Levski getting mad and the Ministry doing a mind wipe on some poor muggle who had no idea what he was getting himself into. He had always tried to explain that it was an accident, but after a while it was so frequent that the Ministry just stopped believing him. His parents were strongly urged to take him to matches, at least he would then be away from the muggles when he let loose. And they thought that it would be less likely for him to get bored or upset at a Quidditch match.
He developed his sense of superiority from living in his parents shadows. His parents were very well known and everyone expected him to live up to their reputation.
