Evelyn's hair is and has always been champagne blonde, though she will occasionally add some black near the front or decorate it with stripes and spots. She has it layered, growing shorter as it nears the top, with side-swept bangs in the front. She keeps it looking fluffy.
Her skin is like living porcelain. She's fair-complected and wears it well, choosing to veer away from the Barbie faire you see walking around baked and orange like Goldfish crackers.
Her blue-green eyes are not nearly as stunning as the makeup she lines them with. She has always been heavy on the cosmetics, spending up to half an hour on just her makeup every morning. She most often uses dark shades but loves to experiment with color as well. She absolutely loves to wear false eyelashes. Her eyebrows are stark black and severely arched.
Evie's big on accessories. She loves her piercings: a Monroe and a ring both on the right side of her lip and on her septum. She loves to pile on pretty necklaces like pearls and large pendants. Her style is a cute and quirky mixture of dark and solemn to fluffy and sweet. She likes to mix and match all kinds of colors and frilly things. Most of the time, she looks like a child playing dress up.
Personality:
Evie is something like a poisonous flower. The girl puts on a very convincing masquerade - while she may be beautiful, she is not necessarily someone you'd want to involve yourself with. She doesn't often say what she really thinks and is always ready with a painted-on smile to tell people exactly what they want to hear if she feels it may work to her benefit.
Evelyn is an extrovert through and through. She's quick to strike up a conversation with just about anybody and makes an effort to be nice. . .to their face. But with a backbiting nature, it's a rare occasion that she is genuinely kind toward anyone. Only special people receive that kind of sincerity.
She constantly strives to be the center of attention. One of her future ambitions is to be famous, and she doesn't care what for. She's somewhat of a party girl and doesn't often think twice before exploiting herself. In fact, Evie doesn't often think twice about anything. She is not nearly as smart as most of her classmates and even if she did try in school - which she does not - she'd probably have difficulty getting acceptable grades.
Just because Evelyn doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve doesn't mean she hasn't got one. She's extremely sensitive and it doesn't take a lot to hurt her; she simply doesn't let it show. Although her life is perfectly enjoyable, she doesn't often enjoy it. Most of the time she feels sorry for herself, but looking at her, you could never tell. Evie would rather hold in the tears than allow them to ruin her makeup.
As far as strengths and weaknesses, Evie has many of both. She is ambitious and headstrong. Sometimes this serves her well; at other times it gets her into trouble. Her talent for manipulation is the same way. The worst of her weaknesses is her unwillingness to think before she acts and her crippling self-pitying nature.

History:
Evelyn was born in England to Patrick and Alice Brady a year after her sister, Delilah. They all lived quite comfortably in a home near the shores of Bristol. Patrick had always loved the ocean and owned several boats. It must have been a common love for the sea that brought her parents together, for it could not have been anything else.
Patrick was a laid back and fun-loving kind of man. In fact, he was hardly a man at all, very much a child at heart. That could have been why he found it so easy to love his young daughters. Alice wanted the best for them, of course, but she lacked Patrick's kind and patient nature. She was uptight and obsessive about her status - in society, as a mother, as a housekeeper, in all things. And she hated things outside the norm.
This explains why she took the discovery of her husband being a wizard so badly. She packed her bags and swept Evie and Delilah away to London. Patrick was heartbroken. They lived there with her until just before Delilah's eleventh birthday, when she received her acceptance letter. Immediately after the unpleasant surprise, Delilah was off to Hogwarts and Evie was back at her father's house, waiting eagerly for her own letter. Alice was never heard from again.
The girls are now and have always been the best of friends, although Delilah no longer attends Hogwarts. They adore their father as much as he does them. His favorite hobby is spoiling them, and surprisingly enough, they don't take advantage of it. (Not intentionally, anyway.) He keeps them on a pretty long leash, if any leash at all. Patrick secretly knows that his angels aren't angels at all, but he's never been able to bring himself to punish them or even tell them no, so the girls go on doing just as they please.
