Name:
Kevin Tanner
Age:
16
Birthday:
June. 18
Bloodline:
Half Blood
Physical Description:
Kevin’s hair is something that changes on what you could call a regular basis. Naturally he;’s the blond hair, blue eyed kid and he’s always hated that rep. So when he was fifteen, he started to colour his hair, and never really stopped. At first it as always just brown, but on a whim, he decided to dye it purple.
He has these ice blue eyes that he inherited from his mother. A lot of people say that Kevin can’t hide his emotions at all, and his eyes are always the biggest give away. His eyes are what he likes best about himself.
Kevin has always been tall for his age, and at seventeen he’s six feet tall. He’s also always been pretty skinny, even eating as much as he does. He never did like that he was always tall and lanky, and usually the tallest one in the class.
He’s done some things to his body that people would look at him like he was the type to porously cause trouble. On his sixteenth birthday he got a tattoo of an alien in a space ship, and with some space scene on his right chest and upper arm. A little later on he got a blue star on his ankle. Both of Kevin’s ears a pierced as well as his lip.
Personality:
Around people he doesn’t know, Kevin can be the quiet type. Not the first one to say anything, just kind of standing there with his hands shoved in his pockets, eyes fixed on the ground. Bu when he’s around people he does know, it’s almost as if he’s a completely different person.
He acts out, doing what he wants when he feel like it. He’s always been the one to do the random things (such as blowing up a baby doll simply because he felt like it) on a whim. He figures life is too short to always follow and live by the rules. When some one gets on his nerves, rather then getting angery about it and lashing out, he’ll come up with some off beat remark like “You look Funny.”
When it comes to opening up, Kevin will do that pretty easily around people he’s known forever, no need to pry him open. But when around people he doesn’t know, he has this total lack of trust. But once his friend, he’ll take a bullet for you.
He’s also the type of person who’s openly gay, not really caring what society or any one thinks of him. Again, life’s too short to give a crap about what everyone thinks of you, especially if it’s going to keep you from being who you are. If someone has some sort of issue with him in general, they’re probably not worth being around.
Likes:
Cheese eating llamas (his mind is twisted), junk food, playing his bass, spending time on his own. Using big words for the heck of it.
Dislikes:
People who judge you before they know you, SPORTS, self-indulgent people
History:
Kevin grew up in the best and worst of both the muggle and wizarding world. He knows the ups and downs of both worlds, and likes to live them both. His whole life he has had friends who were both muggle and magical. His family has always been really accepting of any life style, and are all for the order.
Even though Kevin himself won’t join the order (because he’s never felt committed enough to one thing to take it on) he’s all for what they are doing. It has always gotten on his nerves when people judge others biased upon one thing.
Family and Pets:
Mother: Emily (Giles) Tanner (muggle)
Father: Matt Tanner (Pure blood)
Little sister: Jennie Tanner(five)
Pet: Calico cat named Chloe
And I have a question. When you say no twins, do you mean of cannons or in general?
Roleplaying Sample:
Kevin sat in the cool damp grass by the lake, a brown paper bag in his right hand. The lake was so calm, it was almost inviting. He had come pretty close to taking off his size ten shoes, and standing in the ankle deep water. But he knew that the water was cold enough to feel like pins and needles the minute he set foot into it.
He had also heard some stories (which he didn’t doubt were true) that a giant squid lived in the murky waters of the lake. Instead he just stared out at the calm waters and the morning sun hanging low, near the horizon. His trouble sleeping had one great perk, he got to watch these sun rises, and have time to himself.
He stuck his hand in the paper bag he had brought along with his and pulled out a large handful of every flavored beans. With out looking, or bothering to figure out which flavor was which, he popped one in his mouth. Almost immediately he spit it back out, running his tongue on the sleeve of his jacket to get rid of the pepper flavor.
